Jason Gallagher utilizes insider knowledge of the congressional landscape to maximize clients’ opportunities to engage with lawmakers and staff and ensure their priorities receive the attention they deserve. With a firm foundation in science policy shaped by his experience as a researcher for Lewis-Burke, Jason has developed a portfolio across a broad spectrum of issues including: autonomous and connected vehicles, agricultural research, and environmental policy throughout the federal government.
Issue Expertise: Agriculture (USDA), autonomous and connected vehicles, infrastructure policy (DOT), Basic and applied energy sciences (DOE), coastal resilience and environmental science (NOAA), and the National Science Foundation (NSF).
Additional Experience: Jason honed his interpersonal skills and acquired a new appreciation for education as an english teacher in Spain and was introduced to the environmental sciences through an internship with the National Geographic Society (NGS).
Vital Statistics: A Philadelphia native that migrated to Washington, D.C. for a Bachelor of Arts degree in Media Studies from Catholic University, Jason is a tame supporter of all things Philadelphia sports, with an appreciation for a good cheesesteak.
