William "Bill" Ruch relies on his ability to think critically and communicate clearly to support the federal policy needs of Lewis-Burke’s clients. Mr. Ruch provides in-depth knowledge of key legislation, congressional activities, and agency happenings; attends relevant hearings and events; engages congressional staff and agency officials; and tracks nomination opportunities for federal advisory committees. Currently, Mr. Ruch provides sharp insight into a number of significant public policy issues for Lewis-Burke’s clients, including defense, advanced manufacturing, social science, psychology, commercialization, and economic development. Mr. Ruch is passionate about the distinct visions of the institutions he works for and consistently seeks to represent them positively to the federal government.
Prior to joining Lewis-Burke in 2012, Mr. Ruch worked at the Michigan House of Representatives and was a perennial Dean’s List student at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in political science. Outside of work, he enjoys distance running and American League baseball.
