Blair A. Feldman

Articulate, perceptive and proficient, Blair Feldman serves as an important resource to clients of Lewis-Burke Associates LLC. Dealing primarily with biomedical and health research issues as they relate to public policy and the National Institutes of Health, she also monitors issues pertaining to social sciences, education and the environment. Ms. Feldman tracks and reports on legislative action in Congress, researches federal funding opportunities, and reports on key public policy developments that are of interest to Lewis-Burke clients.

Before joining Lewis-Burke in 2008, Ms. Feldman interned for Congressman Steven R. Rothman, a member of the Appropriations Committee, and Senator Barack Obama, a member of the Health, Education, Labor and Pensions Committee.  From this dual perspective, she gained government relations and policy experience in both the House of Representatives and the Senate.

Ms. Feldman graduated from the University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Arts degree in government and politics with a minor in philosophy focusing on ethics.
