Travis Reed leverages his analytical research skills and diverse work experience to help Lewis-Burke clients achieve their public policy goals. Mr. Reed provides insight into the federal policy landscape by interacting with congressional staff and agency officials, researching relevant federal legislation, and reporting federal agency priorities. Currently, Mr. Reed provides guidance for Lewis-Burke clients on a spectrum of issues at several agencies including critical materials, advanced manufacturing, energy, natural resources, and space exploration and technology.
Prior to joining Lewis-Burke, Mr. Reed gained valuable strategic communication experience as an analyst in the defense industry. Mr. Reed provided tactical and strategic analysis to clients by tracking a range of key issues for international energy firms and the U.S. Military. Additionally, Mr. Reed has developed relationships and gained relevant policy and political experience through positions in health care advocacy, political journalism, campaign consulting, and on Capitol Hill. Mr. Reed’s experiences and relationships provide him unique insight into the political process and aid his client advocacy efforts.
A native of Utah, Mr. Reed earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science with a minor in economics from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
